Overview
Tarika BPO is a division of Tarika
Technologies, providing its customers with inbound and outbound call
support, specializing in the education and customer support process. In an
effort to continuously seek opportunities to expand its business venture, Tarika
Technologies initiated its call-center operation from its Dehradun office, which
was established in February 2009. Dehradun is scenic hill station located 150
miles north of Delhi and is the capital of Uttarakhand. With nationally renowned
colleges like the National Indian Military College and the Indian Military
Academy (IMA), Dehradun has highly trained workforce. A newly constructed four
lane highway from Delhi to Dehradun has made travel and operations significantly
easier than it had been in the past.
Our key differentiators are our teams of professionals, a proven process transitioning
methodology and facilities. We complement our strong global
orientation with a thorough understanding of the operating environment.
